16 May 2008 : Rules for Voting

1. All SMS' are charged at N$3,00 per SMS which will immediately be deducted from the credit available.
    

2. You can enter the competition as many times as you like.
    

3. Your SMS should clearly state the name and number of your favorite contestant, i.e  Peter 99
    

4. Cell One will send a return SMS message to the original number from which the SMS was received confirming receipt of your SMS.
    

5. The winner must be prepared to be photographed and interviewed by the media.
    

6. The winner will be contacted on the cell number where the SMS has been sent from which is reflected on the Cell One system. If Cell One cannot get hold of the winner on said number, within 30 minutes from the draw the second runner up number will be drawn and the original winner will forfeit any prizes due. Again this process will be repeated and if Cell One cannot get hold of the second number within 30 minutes a third number will be drawn and so on until a winner is successfully contacted.
    

7. This SMS competition will be verified by PricewaterhouseCoopers and once the winner is verified and announced no further correspondence will be entered into by either Cell One, PricewaterhouseCoopers, thewinwingroup or any other agency, person or entity.
    

8. No employees and their immediate family or common law partners of Cell One, PricewaterhouseCoopers, thewinwingroup may will be eligible for any of the prizes.
    

9. The contestant who receives the most SMS' will return to Windhoek on 27 May 2008 to receive training in order to perform one song at the Cell One concert on 30 May 2008. This contestant will not stand to win any prize nor be part of the Cell One Road to Fame competition in any way. However Cell One may chose to give this contestant a tokenary prize, however this remains at the discretion of Cell One.
    

10. Only SMS' received from Cell One numbers (085) will be eligible for a prize.
